Service

If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund our charge. If our technician(s) smokes in your home; is not drug-free; does not wear shoe covers or leaves your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service call.

Repair

If we repair a piece of equipment and the repair fails, we will repair it again absolutely free for up to 1 year.

We do a 23-point inspection and tune-up for each season. If you repair equipment we advised you to replace (with an exception of a compressor or a coil leak), we will repair it again absolutely free.

Replacement

We guarantee that the equipment we have installed in your home will perform as we have stated.  If the system does not heat or cool your home to your satisfaction, we will take steps to remedy all issues at no charge. If we have exhausted all avenues to correct the issue and you are still not satisfied, we will remove it and refund your investment.
